TP is one of the BPO company that i look forward to work before,and now im one of the employees and all i can say its worth it,the environment and the work culture is great. all in all it would be 10/10 for me.

The management,trainers,team leaders and the rest of the workforce or representatives.
What makes you most happy at work?
im happy seeing my teammates and to assist to the customers of course.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we all have teamwork and we treat each other as if we knew for long time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i guess that would be the incentives but i don't have any additional idea yet about our compensation package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
as of the moment since im still on training,what I've like most is how patient our trainer is on handling us.
