Work is lighter and all laughs because of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The starting pay is very low and it's already fixed. I do have a work experience for almost a year but they didn't see the value of it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The building in Cebu IT Park needs a renovation, the elevator stops out of nowhere , there's no air conditioner on some floors and it's very humid here in the Philippines for godsake!
