the vibrance and the likes of the fast learners with comedy infused atmosphere gives off pleasantries.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i think expenses have skyrocketed lately and the maintenance of being inside IT Park and all its perks needs to be balanced in at least a 35k compensation, whether it be split between salary and allowance (to avoid taxation issues) or incentives. I prefer allowance tho.
