Learning new things most especially in knowing and managing different customer's concern

Best part is that it includes lots of incentives which motivates employees to work hard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since I am a newbie with this company I cannot give yet my feedback about that one but in my observation I think it has a friendly and non-toxic environment
