The most positive about the culture and environment at my work is that I can feel that we will be comfortable and productive worker because our Trainer is very hands on
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Really like the way they treat us and the way they ensure that we learn those things we need to learn. really appreciate how they care if we can follow or not those lesson in training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me the best part is aside from having our basic pay we have the rice allowance and other incentives such us night differential since we are in night shift now and also the different incentives and benefits that discuss to us during the job discussion.
