At first I am kinda hesitant on accepting the job offer because one of my friend didn't pass the final interview but since my goal is to have a job and get a better compensation so eventually I have accepted the offer and well I did not regret doing so.

Well for starter in a BPO industry I think the basic salary itself

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coming from different cities and cultures may considered as a barrier when it comes to interacting people but so far I can't say that it has become a problem to us
