They care for what are happening, also they would help others that cannot catch up. They are approachable.

They out a lot of effort, they make sure that everyone could relate the topic or what have been discussed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As for BPO virgins, with our basic salary is good enough for us. What they amazed me more they gave also another benefits to us for a rice allowance.
