The best thing about my team is that they are approachable, we stand as one and we don't take the job as a competition, but a colleagues who make things to its best to survive in our journey.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As for me, what I like about the leadership team is on how they mold newbies orderly. It is a step by step process on which enables the newly hired to be what they have to be as a CSR. A guide that could lead success, development and improvement to each one of the employee's.
