It's nice very challenging and i fought so hard from the apply a job to a trainee for it's a achievement but i need to work hard so that i can proceed to prod hahaha and i manifest it

The people that surrounds me, they are not gonna give you a pressure and always positive thinking in any way

We are funny and friendly, and also we are willing to learn and we have different kind of unique and i hope for the rest of training we got to get along with
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how attentive they are and how they care about the one person and also how they gave the trainee's including me they gave a hope that's we can do this no matter what happens always positive thinking
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fairly good, i don't have any idea of the salary and benefits because it's my first time but base on the people surrounds me they said to me that TELEPERFORMANCE is a good job for a beginner like me.
