As what I experience in my 2 days training, the people that sorrounds me are very approachable and believe in me that I can do great things for myself. It pushes me to be excellent as well because I don't want to fail their expectations. Every is a learning opportunity even it is small crunch.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me, I would say night differential.

Learning new things that I didn't know and getting our of my comfort zone.

Helping each other and assure us that there will always be a room for improvement.

We enjoy much as we accompany each other even if we it's the first time we see each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Guiding us thoroughly and pushing ask to ask questions so that we can improve ourselves and have clarity of what are the things needed to do.
