If I would rate it in 1-10, I will give 8 out of 10 because I was happy that I got the opportunity to work in TP as CSR and I am looking forward to more learnings and experience new things at work. Overall I was satisfied my new experience in TP.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest, I can say that it's very accommodating and I was satisfied about it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As what I have observed they are quite friendly and approachable, I think I can easily mingle with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, I can say that I was comfortable and I believe that I can adjust myself in the culture and environment in TP.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am excited and happy to go to work because I have the opportunity to give my best everyday, to learn and experience new things at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For me working as a team is very important because you can create a bond with other people. Leadership is where you guide and give your team the best decision to reach and achieve goal as one team. The best leader should be a great listener and accept opinion from members.
