The environment is good it's just the salary is not worth it with the energy and effort we give.

Actually it saddens me that i gave all the best that i can but salary is lacking, there are a lot of disputes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the best co-workers it's just that salary is making us think if it is worth it with the nature of our Job. A lot of my colleagues have kids and they are worried how are they gonna make our salary last until the next pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is not enough to put food on our table. And the account we are assigned is very difficult. Even my friends were shocked about my salary. They are expecting a high salary since it is a Telco. There a lot of disputes. It can lessen the motivation
