I am a bit nervous but also, excited because I know that this work is given to me and thinking makes me grateful in many ways. My work can broaden my knowledge and develop many skills and abilities I have. It is somehow challenging but I am willing to take risk and be positive.

They are approachable and kind also they can handle us very careful that make us more comfortable working and learning.. They did not pressure but encourage you, they say a lot things like their experiences and the challenges they encounter and the things they do to overcome it.
