My first time really delighted me , since I was able to met new people that could possibly be my friends circle . I didn't feel any hesitation in asking questions because of their very approachable personality .

We can't feel degrade since both of us are helping each other everytime we don't know what to do.

During lunch time , because we can bond each other at the restaurant , talking our lives happenings .

I really like it as it foster transparency and an open dialogue. It also delighted me that both of us in the team shares the same purpose to set for a clear vision.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from the salary , for me , one of the best part of the compensation package is the benefits we gain , like we are able to have our SSS , PAG-IBIG FUNDS and Philhealth.
