It was challenging, not only with the actual training and actual work itself, but also the long process of getting in the company wherein I really went through a lot but it was also fulfilling to be able to get the job offer at the end.

Everyone if friendly and approachable which makes it easier to ask when you need help because they are really willing to educate you if you are confused of the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Colleagues, Trainer (She's approachable and patient, especially when it comes to us doing the training process ourselves.) Supervisor (He shares his expertise openly and helps us analyze the context by providing examples even when he was just observing us at the back)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They offer help not only when needed but even when it is not asked. They would sometimes just observe you and when you get it wrong, they would try their best to help you analyze where you got it incorrectly by asking questions or making you repeat the process without shaming you for the mistake.
