As a trainee I can described my experience there as a water. Water because as a person, every time we get thirsty we look for water and drink it to have energy: in essence without water, we wont grow. Just like at work, if we don't strive for improvements then we wont grow at work.

Well, the best thing about my team is that we help each other, we understand each others personalities and accept our differences.

The best part about my compensation package is that it is already a good salary for me as someone who dont have job experiences.

The most positive about the culture and environment in our company is the friendly workers that leads into a positive atmosphere and make the company healthy and not toxic.

What makes me happy the most at work, is my friends in training center as they filled my day with laughter during breaks also I feel at ease during working hours as they help me with the shortcuts of the computers.
