What I like the new package that I have is they give us a 2k allowance which is rice and account allowance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great place to work. So far, I encountered many teamleader or a supervisor they are very helpful to the agent. And also the trainor. I like their working hrs aswell.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like them because they value me as a worker. They transfered me to a new account, and also thankful to them because they compensate me even I am not working for how many weeks.
