Since I am a newbie here, and this is my first time job, I don't know the answer here since I didn't experience a compensation aside from the basic salary (1month-new/nesting)

The teamwork and trust to each other. Also, the positive mindset they possesses, especially to our Miss Luzviminda, she is literally super great on handling us knowing that our team is half newbies.
