HR recruitment team was fairly hard to reach, and I actually felt quite discouraged, not having guidance throughout the onboarding process. But beyond that, when training began, I started looking forward to the job.

I really like the company's values, especially the whole thing with citizen of the world. I love to make a (positive) difference.

My manager has an approachable aura around her, and I really appreciate that I can ask her for clarifications without feeling that I'm a bother.
