The workplace is very old and I am not happy there. The computers were so lag it makes my work delay

All my salary cut-offs had disputes. At first, I let it slide cause I was just a newbie. But ever since I started working for this company, it has never changed. The dispute is still there even though we reached the HR regarding this kind of issue
