My colleagues and also the lessons in training. And hopefully on production also

They very approachable and friendly type of people. And they are very focus and dedicated on this kind of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not really best because they just give us rice allowance only besides the salary. I hope they could give more or provide more to the employees
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very helpful in establishing the importance of being employee in teleperformance. They want to have us the best trainings and compensate us with allowances and incentives
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't really tell because this is my first time working here in teleperformance and i hope that i can really get more positive results in staying on this company
