I'm happy that I was the one who belong to the environment that has a consideration
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As of the moment , I don't feel that I'm undervalue as an agent, because they treat us fairly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best likable of our team leader is she already know how to handle her team/s , and most especially she give the exception towards the agent when they have an emergency.
