At first,it is kind a hard. I'm pressured, drained mentality and physically since I'm new to this kind of job. The experience has been a roller coaster, mixed emotions but overall it is fun and sometimes it drains me but it's fulfilling especially when I can assist a customer and gave good feedback.

It is the quality of the work and building rapport, good companionship inside the company.

The best part of it is that the compensation package provides in a way to lessen some sort of financials.

To take calls ofcourse, coz it's kind a challenge for me since I'm a newbie or new in this field of work.
