My experience so far is good because I was able to build rapport with my teammates. Not only that, classes are also to lookforward fo because of our big Trainers. They ensure that we digest every lessons ensuring that it is being reflected with out practical skills.

Very engaging and participative. No one is being left out.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team- most especially my groupmates and as well our trainer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think watching gore videos has negative side effects on someones mental health, and with that, the compensation is a bit low.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone already wants to necome friends with each other during training. And along the way, we built good connection and bonds, making the work less stressful.
