In my experience, they were understanding and very supportive. They were good leader as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is low and it's a NO WORK NO PAY policy in which we don't understand on the first place. Since it was WAHA, later part, it depends on the hour you worked on though it's a VDI issue in which you have no control. Given compensation in a monthly basis that would be fair enough.
