What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The trainers/supervisors hear everyone out. If you are lagging behind, they explain everything clearly in order to cope up. Friendly and approachable as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’m just not very satisfied about the pay because I commute daily and the transportation costs so much that I eat only once daily, I enjoy being wuth the people at
