With my batchmates we are good but with the other tenured agents not really

Be more attentive to the needs of the employees and be more accurate when it comes to training and rules
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to have a better compensation that can live up the life we are at now. The salary is not enough for us to feed our family and our needs as well. Everything is expensive and having a salary like this is really not enough.
