So far my experience was great. I learned a lot about my work and made some new friends. It is an honor for me to work in tp and I'm grateful that they choose me to be part of it.

The leadership actually inspires me to be a leader too. I like how they manage us not just an employee but as a person.

It would be my passion and willingness to achieve my goals. Additionally my friends/co-workers also make me happy and gave me motivation to work everyday.
