The inclusive energy that higher ranking officers share with those who are at the bottom or are just starting out in their careers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leaders or higher officers of this company still gives time to talk and visit the newbies in the company. I admire the enthusiasm that they share to the newly hires, as well as the encouragement and aura that they bring, and they don't neglect the ones at the lower ranks.
