The thing that I love the most of the leadership is that they showed thet they care for everyone. Team leader especially ma'am Beige makes us feel comfortable and everyone is belong. She ensures that no one is left behind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company valued all of the workers they had. During the earthquake, the company provides food and water for the agents as soon as possible. The company is not just good for newbies but I also noticed that this is the good working environment for everyone.
