My overall experience at the company is great. As a first time employee I could say that I did choose the right company. It is the company that has great leadership skills and a company that has a friendly working environment especially for first time employee without experience.

The most positive about our company is that they show emphaty and prioritize employees concerned. Showing a human centered approach that listened and prioritize individuals safety over others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they prioritize human-centered, putting on emphaty towards employees words and listened to their concerns rather than dictate them. Its the team that put people's first before others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are compensation that is of beneficial to to our needs. It might not be given or effective immediately but they are very much proven as necessary and beneficial.
