Well since I am a newbie, the only thing that I would say is, I don't feel very shy when meeting my co works and so the tenured because they make me feel very welcomed.

I believe the most positive thing is the people who are working inside the company, they are all friendly and makes you feel very welcome.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not gonna lie, the only motivation I have set in my mind is I want to become a TL. thinking of my goal makes me happy.
