I think how they give value to their workers that is part of LGBTQ because they give equal rights, either your straight men, straight women, lesbian, gay etc. is you are valued and have rights.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Almost all of my team have work experience in BPO industry and I think that's good thing on my side because I could ask them for some advice and ask help from them since I'm a newbie in BPO industry.
