It was great, the company is well served by the employees from the security, canteen which practice proper cleaning before leaving the table, the gym available for those who want to work out after or before work. And lastly, the training environment the staff, trainers are very good enough to guide.

The whole team is cooperative in training process. The trainer is very supportive in guiding all the trainee.

It also have allowance for the rice subsidy which is the company is generous enough in considering all the employees.

I have learn something by how BPO works in industry, by these I am happy by how we are teaching by the trainer.

The environment is conducive and that employees are accommodated well by the trainer and other staff. It have also a positive environment where everyone is helping each other to learn.
