For me the best and the most positive culture in this company is being open to each other since not all are perfect so yes.

For me the best package of compensation i have is my benefits and my HMO Benefits it really useful to me in terms when i get sick

For me the best thing of leadership in team is a very confident leader that can stand also for its team and a good releatioship between team and leader cause in that way they can communicate what they like and not by being open each other and also sharing each others idea and thoughts
