Having been with the company for almost 20 years, it has been a roller coaster experience. Just like our personal life outside of work, there would be ups and downs. People come and go, changes are constant, either for the betterment of the company or just so-so. I would cherish everything.

It's the coworkers that I'm going to work with and interact
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'd say respect and camaraderie especially those people that knows me. I'm able to talk to my close coworkers about my personal life without judgement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Additional allowances like Rice and transportation. Night differential if possible. Recognizing my loyalty with the appropriate compensation. Other companies would give out perks and monetary incentives to show how much they appreciate their loyalty to the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's really no perfect formula and they won't be able to do everything. For now, I'm happy with how my Director is providing support. He pushes for the budget to have engagement prizes and other stuff, which we did not really have before.
