Whilst TP drives success, there are some people, especially leaders, within the organisation who do not share how to be successful like them. Yes, we understand that we value performance, however instead of leading/motivating us to work on our opportunities, they let us figure things out ourselves.

Environment-wise, we have built a great one amidst the challenges, pressure, and opportunities we face at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are now working to apply EI+AI to whatever they do within TP, even outside the organisation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my role, we face customers, clients, leaders, employees, while being compliant. There are a lot of compliance tasks; daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, yearly. It drains so much of my energy on a daily basis and my salary can only support me and my family's basic needs. A little increase is good.
