As a newbie and under training, I would say it was fun and full of learnings. We have a hands on management as it is something I can be proud of.

Being collaborative. I can ask them questions and share my ideas.

Leaders listen to their team. They respect and accept teams opinions and suggestions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Well aside from a proper compensation. I always wanted to improve my career in this industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
On top of everything, it's the night differential pay. Working on a graveyard shift is far different than usual, therefore is fantastic to have that kind of pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well it's always the welfare of the employees. Employees well-beings is very important. TP did not forget that, from having a safe and healthy work spaces to compensation the probably makes this as a top priority.
