the positive culture and environment in my company is that they promote safety. In my team, we believe about work, life, balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the workload doesn't match our salary. I hope our management or company give us a better compensation like travel allowance and salary alignement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is involved in our team. The learnings are spread to each and everyone of us. My team is easily approachable and understandable. We treat everyone with respect and equally. Also, my supervisor is very kind and approachable. Whenever we have leave or emergency, he immediately approves it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
there's no specific attribute that I like on our leadership team. But I can say, to improve the leadership team, they should be focus more on their employee not just on the business side. They should also take care of their employees and give them the right salary and compensation.
