I am already 10 years in my Service in TP and I am planning to continue to add another 10 years of my life being a TP Employee. :)

Leadership Team in TP is an organized structure which show process excellency in every aspect in our workplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are ready to listen to you and will try to check things and justify things reasonably. They are also willing to provide guidance whenever needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every Monday, it's like going to school. I am excited to do my work and meet everyone every day, sometimes it makes me sad when it's already Thursday because weekend is near and I will miss my work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued in my role and I genuinely find fulfillment as an Admin. I makes my heart happy and I am committed to continue this level of service. To further support my personal goal, in securing a house in Pag-ibig, I would like to request for a consideration of salary adjustment of 15% of my pay.
