I am enjoying my stay in the company because of the people around me. They always have this capability to better a workday despite heavy workloads and upsetting situations. More importantly, I still get to do what makes me happy, and that includes being involved in DEI initiatives.

Random conversations with my workmates while on break makes me happy at work.

The company is committed to promoting DEI initiatives and empowering LGBTQ employees to become their best version of themselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'd say my leadership team's best attribute is that they always consider our front-line employees. They always take into account if the decision that they are about to make would benefit the majority of their stakeholders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation that I am currently receiving is not sufficient to sustain my basic needs while providing for my family. It is less compared to what the others are receiving considering the differences in our workload. Lastly, my contributions to our engagement activities are not being recognized.
