We enjoy talking with each other, joking around to keep the stress away. They listen and they do not complain without thinking things through.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The clients in our LOB, they listen to us, they help us do our job and they trust us. They do not do micromanagement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is no longer competitive in the market. My salary is almost the same as an agent salary outside the company with better benefits
