I have a great experience working with TP. There is no toxic manager. I love the teammates because I feel that they are supportive with me. What I just like to improve on is my salary to increase because of the inflation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for 16 years and going 17 now however, my salary is only around 31k as a supervisor level while other companies already offering 35k for agent level.
