It was good for training ground as I have learned not only how to handle customers but also to manage a team, ensuring that all KPIs are met, being firmed when it comes to imposing rules & regulations to my team.

Normally it's my team who's making the work bearable, ensuring that we have each other when it's needed.

Everyone is easy to approach, and they are very attentive when it comes you needed to accomplish something, very goal oriented

They are easy to communicate with, and they make sure that everything that is being raised are heard and action plans & goals are being set accordingly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An additional increase in salary to operations would help being paid enough to what we've worked on and to all the tasks being done, Additional incentives & benefits would be great too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With my very own team that I handle, I appreciate them a lot as they are easy to work with, follow instructions carefully and making sure that they are providing best help towards customers
