We understand that we carry our weather at work and it contributes to the overall culture. There's psychological safety in the team. People respect each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team welcomes change and looks at situations may it be positive or challenging as glass half full. Listens first before reacting. They make Excellence with Integrity look easy. Considering that my team is managing a program that is almost 9 years old, I am confident about 2026.
