My co-workers and friends, they are the people who makes me happy no matter how demotivated I am at work.

We have team work and rely on each other during hard times especially when the pressure is very high and we can't rely to our leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly and helpful co-workers no matter how tired, stressed and pressured they all are. We make ways to ease our stress no matter how demotivated we are at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low appraisal rate but we have big deduction to our pay check due to our monthly remittance's that are also increasing yearly and it's higher than the appraisal that the company can provide. We also have daily expenses, we need to send our child to school and everything is so expensive.
