At first i was very motivated to come to work. When i got promoted, i felt i have to reach out all the time to get the help i need on how to do things. Things not even, taught during training. Im on the verge of resigning but cant because of my age and currently with no fallback.

Most of the time do their task based on what the are supposed to do
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Frustrating attendance of the team even some sups were always coming in late despite coaching them already.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve hiring process. Support from leadership team. Improve pay. Improve incentive for the customer experts. Avoid far YEP location.
