My workmates , its happy to be around people who are commited to the work and happy about it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is far lower in comparison to other companies in the city. Benefit also cant compete to others like maxicare dependent, first dependent is free to other centers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
worked with the same ops team for 11 years now. The team listens and they understand the goal of company/clients. Cooperation has never been a problem for the account.
