Multiple LOBs handled by my cluster, OM is not ressponsive where most of the time we have to step in to ensure we wom
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better compensation package for everyone, select managers that are truly fit and focus more on his/her job functions in tp not on his/her outside activities
