The capabilty to work independently, my manager is easy to work with

More collaboration on ideas and initiatives. Team building activities across all workstreams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HMO should be free for atleast 1 dependent. I believe that the base salary of leaders should be aligned with what is in the market and not just rely on yearly appraisals.
